Some features are free, such as accessing and reading eBooks. Other features, such as AI chat, pronunciation scoring, and personalized assistance, may require a paid subscription or in-app purchases.
3. Free Public Domain eBooks
All books available within the TalkSeed platform are sourced from the public domain. You may access and read them freely, with no payment required. There is no functional difference between free and paid users when it comes to reading these eBooks.
4. Use of Third-Party Services
TalkSeed uses AI technology and APIs provided by OpenAI and other third-party vendors to deliver services such as AI chatting, voice transcription, image generation, and content recommendations. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be processed by such third-party providers in accordance with their privacy policies and terms.
5. AI-Generated Images
Vocabulary-related illustrations shown on TalkSeed are generated using OpenAI's DALL·E model. We do not charge any fees for viewing these AI-generated images. If you believe any image may infringe upon your intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@talkseed.ai, and we will promptly investigate and remove the content if appropriate.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid features, including but not limited to AI chatting and advanced feedback tools, are available through a subscription or pay-per-use model. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information and comply with any applicable billing terms.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
